- What does the 24-hour delay on Free mean?
- New leads are held for 24 hours before a Free account can open them. You'll see how many are waiting the moment they're found — Pro and Ultimate get every lead in real time.
- What happens to leads past the daily limit?
- Free accounts open the top 3 leads by score each day. The rest stay locked, not deleted — upgrade and the full backlog inside your history window opens up.
- Do I lose my lead history if I downgrade?
- History is filtered, never deleted. A Free account shows the last 7 days and Pro the last 90; if you upgrade again, the older leads reappear exactly as they were.
- What counts as an AI analysis?
- Every candidate post the AI scores for you. Free runs 20 per day, Pro 300, Ultimate 1000. Anything over the limit isn't dropped — it waits in the queue and is scored when the allowance resets.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract — cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the period.
