Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes — ever.

Account data: Your name (optional) and email address when you create an account. Your hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords).

Product & configuration data: The product descriptions, keywords, and subreddits you configure in the app. This is required to run lead scans on your behalf.

Usage data: Basic logs of when scans ran, how many leads were found, and which leads you interacted with. Used to improve the service and to enforce plan limits.

Payment data: We use Razorpay to process payments. We store only your subscription status and payment amounts — we never see or store your card details.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your product data to train AI models or share it with other customers.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails beyond the Daily Brew digest you opt into.

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure we control. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and hashed credentials.

Lead data is retained for 7 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), or indefinitely (Ultimate) per your plan. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use the following third-party services to operate the product:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Reddit API — sourcing public posts
• Hacker News API — sourcing public posts
• GitHub API — sourcing public discussions

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only pass them the data necessary to provide their service (e.g. your payment details go directly to Razorpay, never through our servers).

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in (provided by NextAuth.js). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com and we will respond within 7 business days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
