Refund Policy

No refunds
All payments for Brew Me A Coffee subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused scans, or unused lead credits.
This applies to all plans (Pro and Ultimate) and to all payment methods accepted via Razorpay.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Billing page. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access to your paid plan until the period ends.
- After the period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
- Your data and product configurations are preserved on the Free plan.
There is no penalty or fee for cancelling.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. a technical error resulting in a double charge), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Email us at chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com with your payment details and a description of the issue within 7 days of the charge.
